AAAA Community Structure

Hi all well where to start........ Jawdropping!

Nothing to worry about I am not about to disappear...I hope Oups but have had some thoughts and concerns...........

The basics are we are a growing community - I feel we have made great progress the past couple of years and I for one thank all the clans and players who have help support and build AAAA. I still have high hopes that we have a lot more to come and that is the reason I wish to raise a few points on the community structure to lead us to a better future.

The History.....
Well myself and Bobajob started AAAA as we wanted to build the MOHAA community back to its glory days. A lot of the concepts and idea's came from Bobajob along with funding help. For the record myself and Bob have not had a falling out to be honest I am not sure why Bob has not been active for a while and I for one would welcome him back as he has been missed

So where are we now well where the hell do I start Stare

mmmm well errrrrrr

Well for me I have some domestic issues at present, my mum is terminally ill so a lot of my time is now spent at the hospital and I have lost my job so all I know at present is my priorities have changed so I kind of need to make sure AAAA can tick over when I am not available...............

So I wish to change a few things - nothing will change for the worst, I think this will be a good thing and help shape AAAA for stability and growth.................

So a few of the things I want to change for the better............ Grade

ACCOUNTS

AAAA Accounts need to be reported to all active donating members - by this I mean any member who is donating for a AAAA service should have access to a monthly report on balance perhaps basic so just total funds in and costs out - perhaps even go public on these basic details not sure ???? this DOES NOT MEAN any personal details are going to be revealed just a basic balance sheet with no user details.

At present all AAAA donations go to me and I pay the bills which at present are all based with GD. This part I want to change, I am thinking of setting up some form of a community based paypal account for AAAA. I will then want to add access (LIMITED) to 1 or two more trusted account managers. The reason for this is anything happens to me my end and the bills dont get paid I dont want to see AAAA go down - at the same time their needs to be very strict control on this for security and privacy and data protection - so perhaps maybe we just need to have one other accounts admin to back me up and verify I am not running a scam

STRUCTURE

The next thing I want to enhance is the AAAA Structure - by this I mean control and support. This also brings security and privacy and data protection issues but at the same time I need some one to back me up - If we have a dedi go down I need someone who is trusted to be able to raise support tickets with GD and have access to the dedi's to reboot via remote that sort of stuff.

From this we will have a basic structure for AAAA something onlines of -:

AAAA master admin - access to funds management and services dedi restarts GD fault reporting, website moderator

AAAA admin - Services dedi restarts GD fault reporting, website moderator

AAAA Clan admin - website moderator

These are just a few thoughts which I value your views and thoughts on but I think will go a long way to help AAAA build a solid back bone for the future

Happy shooting - Kill em ALL and kill em again

Cheers
