Hi all well wanted to review hosting charges and so on...................
Anyway their is a poll thats running http://www.mohaaaa.co.uk/AAAAMOHAA/content/how-do-you-rate-aaaa-current-hosting-charges-see-link-current-prices its been running a while now and only has 7 votes but noticed some votes had flagged as that we are to expensive :(
The bottom line as it stands this new year I will be lucky to break even - we are not in debt but I cant reduce prices anymore........... Last year I upgraded a lot and our hardware is probly the best out their to support MOHAA / MOHSH as thats all we run 
We are non profit so everything we make money wise pays the bills and upgrades and keeps the prices down............
The only way I can reduce prices further is if I host more servers - our current platform is only running at 25% if that so for me to reduce costs I need to host more.......
What I dont want to do is reduce costs in attempt to get more hosting and end up not getting more hosting and have to revert or increase prices........
Every one pays the same on AAAA so its not fair that I give discounts but have some idea's.............

12 - total cost £6.00
16 - total cost £7.00
20 - total cost £9.00
26 - total cost £10.00
30 - total cost £11.00
32 - total cost £12.00

So some options -:
I reduce prices by 25% for new members on hosting for one month - If we get a load then I would then maybe!! be able to look again at costs...

Any ideas or feed back welcome I dont think we are priced out of the market but at present I need to promote AAAA hosting with your help if we are to attempt cost reduction and also maintain our current costings
