Yeah lol..looks more like a piece of Lattace for putting under a building you would like to also see under.
Download the HITP all prefab fix pk3 from http://www.mohaaaa.co.uk/AAAAMOHAA/content/hitp-all-prefab-fix and place the fix pk3 in main to fix all missing textures before using any HITP prefab.
