Match Server Issues

Hi well COH V JH match was a disaster on Match server 1 91.192.210.152 - Players from both sides reported connection issues and lag a plenty - The end result was a Disaster for both clans in trying to play the game....... (

I was online when this was reported.... Normally this would be traced to a Server / application on the Dedicated Server where it was looping taking up all resources on the Dedicated server causing Lag.

The Dedicated Server Looked fine with no issues on CPU and Memory and the match server it self looked fine

So at this point I am none the wiser as to what caused the problem............

So I ask for all your help to ensure that we still have stable match servers.........

We need to test match Server 1 again with numbers to see if we can replicate this problem and then if it does fail again we will fix but at this point it is hard to pin point the problem as it could be a number of factors From Network to DOS attack or a UAC issue - I dont know

If you have a match and this happens again just get every one to jump to another match Server - for example tonight we should have left match server 1 and jumped onto Match Server 3 first sign of problems.

I will add a list of the match servers again to the League menu so every one knows their details......

Match Server 1 has a great track record and has served many matches with out issue I will Ensure that remains the case and will ensure any issues are resolved ASAP - well if we mange to get to the cause of it

I am sorry it spoil't the match tonight but as above use the resources of the other Dedicated server if problems arise
