MOHAA Server Setup for Gamespy in game list not showing your server

Some info to use if your MOHAA server does not show up in the ingame Browser list.

Ensure the following is in your server config

seta sv_master1 "mohmaster.2015.com"
seta sv_master2 "master0.gamespy.com"
seta sv_master3 "master1.gamespy.com"
seta sv_master4 "clanservers.net"
seta sv_gamespy 1

If your server still does not show check the following ports are not blocked on your router / firewall - you may need to contact your host admin for this.

The query port Gamespy uses is the port number + 97. example, MOHAA server is running on default port 12203, the query port is 12300. (so 12203+97) = the query port

GameSpy - GP Connection Manager TCP 29900 192.168.0.2 29900
GameSpy - GP Search Manager TCP 29901 192.168.0.2 29901
MoHAA - Demo Monitoring Port (Legacy) UDP 12201 192.168.0.2 12201
MoHAA - Alt Game Port (Optional w/ net_port) UDP 12202 192.168.0.2 12202
MoHAA - Alt Game Port (Optional w/ net_port) UDP 12210 192.168.0.2 12210
GameSpy - Voice Chat Port (Optional) UDP 3783 192.168.0.2 3783

I have followed this instructional list to the tee, and to no avail. It will not list in the master server in game...am I missing something?

When I run it through gameservers.com from the MOHAA server purchased, it is no problem at all, but through a home based configuration, it will not work.

Thanks for any input...

Hi on your home router select DMZ mode as a test as this is not Secure DMZ means "De-militarized zone"

But your Server needs to be running for a period time for gamespy to pick it up can be a few days can be as littleas ynder an hour

ok thanks heatsinkbod, I'll run it in another pc with no real threat to have an open dmz, maybe even run it through xp to be be safe, I'll update in a few days to see if it took. But out of curiosity, how does my other server through gameservers.com show instantly when you sign up? Is it because of the actual servers they run? dedicated to gaming?

Theres a command with the name heartbeat i think is this the name.

If you maybe send this command on console i think you tell to the masterserver of gamespy your server is on and maybe he will show your server on the list fast.

I dont have test the command so i dont know if whorks or not.
