Hosting debt

Hosting debt - well ok update on hosting first month of new year and we are now running at a loss Just paid our bill and MAW clan had already paid extra than they need to many thanks Linda I have paid in what I normally pay in + had to pay extra £25 so we running about £25 under so not to bad and in March a clan in Credit SS clan (many thanks for upfront payments !! ) will start paying again.

Have one clan moving their server to us next month and one clan requested a server but no reply on payment so server never got setup...........

All please help promote our hosting example Simblips has now advertised our hosting and also has been promoting us in chat online which has resulted in some great leads so many thanks.......

I would like to highlight that I have just received a donation from Majordru a long time supporter of AAAA who has supported us for a very long time now on funds and I am truly very great full for his support !!

Cheers Simblips - I like the sound of the ready to go servers so players can rent per day / week and so on - I think SCAPP Watchdog next release was going to have some auto server build features but for now what I will do is create 1 32 slot server to see if it gets used if it does will create more................

So costing for a 32 slot server for a day ? £2 ?

The existing server 32 slot for a month is only £12 so a day rate sounds expensive at £2 but has to be worth our while to do it...............

So thoughts on these prices for 32 slot server and access to Shared TS dedicated to MOHAA -:

1 Day - £2
2 Days - £3
3 Days - £4
1 Week - £6
1 month £12 normal rate

If they got used then again could reduce prices...........

let me know if you think the day rates are to expensive

What I would need to do is setup a "Fast host" form on AAAA and then get Admins to help me monitor while I am not online - all the admin would need to go is check the availability via the booking form that we have available server and then check payment is received before issuing the server access....... Only problem I would need to sort is that the RCON / FTP / SCAPP would need passwords changing after finish so then that part starts to need Admins on the dedi box as its not automated.............

Not so much of a problem if its just a few now and again but if it took off would need to automate.

Not a major problem and not a show stopper

Hi all we have a few outstanding payments from a lot of servers please keep up to date on payments - AAAA is short on funds again as a result of this - will be emailing the servers outstanding but please keep up to date on payments
