Well things getting busy round here and I cant keep up with a few things like trying to get the servers to pay for them selves as we are still running in the red........ and also we have a few servers on board now for clans and I dont want to be in the position of not being available due to work.....
Tina AKA Angel (my wife) will now be running the donation side of things..........
Also Angel will be covering support requests for servers down - she will be able to restart individual servers and do a full dedi reboot if required.........
On the new Website which is not far off now - (its all up and running see the other thread on forum) I will be adding a support request feature - also in the future Joto is adding features to watchdog to alert on services down........
Just got to sort Angel out with xfire and finish off new website support service..........
I could also do with perhaps with a couple more people to support outages......
The reason is despite my wifes views I am not always stuck in front of this screen so if a few others can volunteer to keep an eye on support requests will hopefully give us good coverage barring in mind we are non profit on AAAA
I have a few names in mind but will ask privately 
Their will be some structure as in Level support......
Angel will be Level 1 - 1st line basic support
then we need Level 2 2nd line support
and 3rd Line support the sh*t has hit the fan!!!!
so any one who would like to help in this please give me a shout..........
We aim to cover 10:00 - 22:00 but for likes of me many nights I am online late so will always respond outside of these hours
